work through solving a difficult problem himself (key words: work through). He has virtually always gotten away with bullshitting to buy time until lawyers and money solve the problem for him or render it moot.

He is on the same path with Iran that he was with COVID -- denial and obfuscation, bullshit and bluster, no willing to acknowledge and grapple with uncomfortable reality. And he did not solve COVID, and as a consequence COVID solved him (well, that election anyway). Stalling for time with bullshit doesn't work on respiratory virus pandemics. Neither do lawyers and money. And they won't work on Iran's ability and willingness to cause global economic instability either.
