4. I'm chomping at the bit to get some lettuce going in a little greenhouse I've got in the garden. Still too cold.

I've got some plants started under lights in the house, though, so when it does get a bit warmer, I'll be ready to go. Winter lettuce at the store is too expensive and not reliably fresh.
