is just unbelievable. I don't understand how Republicans think that works for them.

I think we know what is going on here. Republicans have no intention of imposing these rules in red areas. They will let anybody vote there. This is all about erecting impossible barriers and they deploying goons to Dem strongholds to deprive them of their votes.
