5. I did some quick googling. There's an Instagram account for The Sympathetics

https://www.instagram.com/thesympathetics/

but I can't see much of it because I don't use Meta.

One of their three YouTube videos - Monday Feels Like Friday - says in the video description that the band members are Jim Petersen, Andy Falk and Max Martin.

That info led me to a Songstats.com page with a bit more information:

https://songstats.com/artist/yqrgz07d/the-sympathetics

The Sympathetics are a new indie pop-rock band that aspires to take the genre to a whole new level in terms of artistry and accessibility. The trio consists of singer Jim Petersen, drummer Max Martin, and guitarist/keyboardist, Producer/engineer Andy Falk.

The page of search results where I found the Songstats page above also included search results for this Instagram page

which says "Sorry, this page isn't available" when I click on it, but Google search results had this snippet for it:

The Gems have morphed into The Sympathetics with Jim Petersen, Max Martin and Andrew Falk releasing new music once again. To hear what we're up to right now ...

I don't know if the Andy Falk in this band, who's also their producer, is the producer named Andrew Falk.

There's a trio of three women using the name The Gems. Didn't see anything in that quick YouTube search for a male band called the Gems.

But there was such a band, and they recorded as early as the 1970s:
