Jeffrey Epstein hatched a terrifying plan to set up a baby factory on his New Mexico ranch for a "master breed." The extent of his plan and the number of victims he claimed are being investigated seven years after his death.

A joint Republican-Democrat mission is investigating, among other things, whether the ranch's infrastructure (such as the unusually large living quarters and medical facilities) was intended for the haberdashery. They are investigating whether there are any indications that children were actually born there or whether the plan was in its early stages.
