And no, the LA County Sheriff was NOT involved in this arrest. It came upon it after the fact, as emphatically stated by a Lynwood City Council Member. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUKVdtckU0Y/

City of Lynwood does not have its own independent police department. Instead, law enforcement services are provided by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. It appears the Sheriff saw the commotion and stopped to control the (rightfully) enraged crowd.
