He was wearing what looked like an ICE CBP "POLICE" vest and street clothes.

All I can see written is POLICE, everything else is too grainy to read. THey have no masks. Their are multiple marked police vehicles that show up but only 1 uniformed officer. The uniformed officer appears to be wearing the same type of badge as the others.

You do understand that all police and Sheriffs Departments use plain clothes officers?

I live next door to the City of Long Beach in an area patrolled by the county sheriff, so I am familiar with their vests and uniforms. But don't take my word for it, Google "la county sheriff vest images" (Long Beach is in LA County).

I was stuck by other videos of the lack of training and control these agents have over some of the dogs. I saw dogs panic on their leash when gunshots and crowd control munitions were used. Are these dogs rejects from other training programs. Are they just like the humans involved, not the pick of the litter?

The city of Lynwood does not have its own independent police department. Instead, law enforcement services are provided by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

It is odd that Anaheim PD, which is in Orange County, would be in Lynwood, which is Los Angeles County. Anaheim PD has a lot of police excessive use of force complaints against it.
