3. They brought a guy to the ER in MN with a cracked skull

Yesterday

And facial injuries and claimed he had done it himself running into a brick wall. The medical staff said there were injuries on both sides and the back of his head, so no. The guy was a legal immigrant, now disabled. They finally unshackled him from the hospital bed and ultimately just let him go.
