FDA.gov (August 2025): FDA to recommend additional, earlier MRI monitoring for patients with Alzheimers disease taking Leqembi (lecanemab)
The earlier monitoring can identify individuals with amyloid-related imaging abnormalities with edema (ARIA-E), which is characterized by brain swelling or fluid buildup. ARIA-E is usually asymptomatic, although serious and life-threatening events, including seizure and status epilepticus, can occur and there have been deaths...
We are requiring the prescribing information of Leqembi (lecanemab) to include an earlier monitoring MRI between the 2nd and 3rd infusion...To identify patients experiencing ARIA-E,
...(We also) recommend...(that)...(p)atients should...obtain (a)...MRI...within one year before starting treatment...for a baseline comparison...and MRI imaging BEFORE the 3rd, 5th,7th, and 11th infusions...
Facebook, November 19, 2025: Is Trump being treated...with...experimental... Alzheimer's drugs lecanemab (Leqembi)...(or)...donanemab (Kisunla)? The(y)...are designed to slow disease progression by clearing amyloid plaques from the brain in the early stages of the disease...
(Both drugs) are administered via IV infusion and require close...(MRI) monitoring due to risks like brain swelling and bleeding. Doctors say the bruises on his hand noticed recently are consistent with such infusions. Trump also revealed recently that his most recent medical exam included an MRI...(but) said he did not know why the MRI was performed.
I'm not an expert on any of this medical information, but what I have read on reliable medical sites checks out. I'm not an expert on any of this medical information, but what I have read on reliable medical sites checks out. I also don't know if there are other conditions that also require infusions and monitoring by MRI. I'm just asking questions here.
Trump actually HAVING Alzheimer's would explain his monthly annual physical exams, excessive infusions, multiple MRIs -- and what the FDA describes as "loss of memory, problem solving, and ability to think clearly which can interfere with daily life."
President Ronald Regan had Alzheimer's; Trump claimed that President Joe Biden did. But the bottom line is, if Trump DEFINITELY has Alzheimer's, the world has the right to know it -- and we now definitely have the means to oust him. The drugs in question show promise only in slowing the progression of the disease, not in halting or eliminating it. In that respect, early stage Alzheimer's is no different than from being a little bit pregnant.
