Yes, they are.

But, we let them do this without complaint and now they expect us to just pay or go away.

We used to put in the old football games into the Sega and let it do the 'self play' feature. We would then watch and bet on the game (nickel/dime/quarter) as well as other aspects (most yardage/longest pass... stuff like that). I guess we will have to start doing that again just to get to watch a game without going broke just to see it.
