Can't be too tolerant of the those deviants and those that might upset the status quo, but you'd best be tolerant when I point them out.
Especially need to be tolerent when it's just "civilized people speaking their minds to point out something unpopular"...
Which means she's the type who won't say anything if she feels it's okay that 95% of a certain category group of people need to pay for the misdeeds of 5% of that group. Because "Taxpayer money" or "lazy people looking for handouts", or "they're all uncultured savages who can't or won't live in the modern world anyway..."
