Why does he think asylum is related to Hannibal Lecter? He doesn't need a reason. Some little thing pops into his mind and it morphs into something only tangentially related to the original thing, and it sticks.

If you mean why Tylenol, rather than some other brand of acetaminophen, it is that despite his self-acclaimed business acumen, he really has none. He doesn't understand that Tylenol is a registered trademark, and refers to acetaminophen manufactured by a specific company. (As to that, he isn't the only one - I've seen news organizations who ought to know better - and even Kenvue (the owner of the mark) - messed that one up . . . I was surprised that Johnson and Johnson didn't have better IP counsel to review their announcement, but it makes more sense now that I see that it is no longer owned by J&J)
