If Kimmel was told he could come back and continue his show, should he? [View all]

I have mixed feelings about this issue. I want the FCC to cave and I want Jimmy to get an offer from them to come back to his show with an apology from the FCC and Disney. I also want Jimmy to say "fuck off!" and "I will NOT tone it down" as they request of him.

What should his next move be?
