41. The last time anyone saw him

That is anyone who would NOT kiss his ass saw him, was last Tuesday. Where he wanted to jail Americans for burning a flag....a 1980s issue.

If he's Not dead, or in a coma from a heart attack, he's living in the 1980s. We will need a time machine to bring him back to reality.
