excluded from the legitimate science and psychometric community.

They are committing illegal and unethical acts.

ETA: Insulting American psychologists who follow the law and ethics as your defense
is a very weak argument. Which further proves my point. When the lack of science and law
cannot be defended, insulting others seems to be the course of action.

It is particularly heinous to use an unethical testing procedure to separate a mother
from her newborn infant. Thereby disrupting critical bonding experiences and breast feeding
which may have serious negative lifelong consequences.

There must be data and facts apart from this inappropriate testing procedure to warrant
such a serious legal and clinical decision.
