That statement is blatantly false as shown by the Pew analysis I posted. Shifting apportionment based on the Census is going to happen anyway and this bill which is supposedly so "dangerous" doesn't change that. But as was pointed out, the bill is blatantly unconstitutional, it has no chance of passing the Senate and Trump can not and will not unilaterally change the Census date.
