There is NOTHING planned within the borders of the District of Columbia. There are protests in Arlington, VA, and several in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties in MD. But NOTHING in DC itself. Nobody wants to be near there that day. In fact, I have a friend who lives in the Columbia Heights section in DC who is planning on not being around that day.
