They are for the most part, hardworking, compassionate, smart, and motivated people who learn the ropes and make things happen. I am sure that there are staffers out there who go on to be good leaders because of who they are and taking the experiences they earn and applying them to actually wanting to help people. I have known many who do just that.


What is wrong with Britt isn't her experiences and path to where she is. What is wrong with Britt is her IDEOLOGY. She has the mentality that allowed her to accept the offer to give a speech she was not prepared for. She lied shamelessly. That happens because of WHO YOU ARE, not because of how you got to where you are.

Britt is just part of the Conservative movement. Their goal isn't to help the average American. The goal of the Conservative movement is to continue to privilege one small group of people and disadvantage everyone else. Because they can't be honest with the American people about their goals, they have to lie, just like Britt did in her SOTU rebuttal.
