This should not even have to be a question. Of course the one who put this in the tax bill was the infamous Jon Kyle.
Where the hell is this White House's thinking on this?
Why are they so insistent on this?
I did think that it was because they did not want the middle class tax cuts to hit us and they wanted the extension of the UI benefits but it is beginning to look more like just a giveaway to the rich just like the wall street bailouts that have given them record profits and bonuses.
I am really lost and disappointed in all of this.

Now is too late ...
If the bill passes, Obama will be crucified for increasing the deficit.
If the tax cuts expire, Obama will be crucified for having raised taxes on those making LESS THAN $250,000, which Obama promised not to do.
The media has already laid the ground work on both sides of this coin.
