So why don't you and your camera crews, your hair stylists, your maids, and the rest of your posse get out of everyone's way so they can get some work done?

That's what she took out to the Western Alaska villages a couple of winters ago when people were going hungry because of a poor salmon harvest and without heat because fuel was so expensive. I think that's about as much empathy as she can muster up.

Yes, she's an attention whore and yes, she is likely using this as a photo op, BUT if it helps in any way by bringing attention to the mess there to her crazed followers, if people who were clueless as to what is happening there are enlightened and send money, supplies, food - that's a good thing.
Let's not lose sight of the fact that Haiti does need help.
