Hotmail has recently sucked more than usual. Hanging up, delaying sending messages, not responding, etc. Is anyone else having this problem and do you have any advice?

it sucks and is very aggravating. I hate to change my email addy again as I just did 6 months ago; however, not even their tech team will answer my emails.
