The only reason it isn't in the news is that individual Americans blame themselves for their economic plight. They haven't yet realized that this is a systemic problem.
And Obama has done nothing to deal with that systemic problem.
I talk to my formerly middle-class and working class friends. They are suffering.
How can you miss this? Are you in a bubble.
I'm not. I have a number of friends who will not have the money to cover their rent for January. I am amazed that you are unaware of the horrible situation. You and Obama.
