How Arnold Schwarzenegger may have insured Orly Taitz will practice law through 2010. |
|
Seems the CA Bar (though not tax payer funded) must get a bill passed annually and signed by the governor in order to send invoices to its membership.
Seems the judges committee of the CA Bar gave a friend of the governor a "not qualified" rating since said friend had not been in a court room for over 20 years. This pissed off Mr. Governator and he vetoed the bill that allows the CA Bar to invoice its membership.
So the CA Bar may have no money to hold hearings to disbar Orly Taitz in 2010.
Gee, thanks Arnold.

with a silver lining. What would we do for batshit entertainment? Michele Bachmann's schitk is getting tedious but Oily never ceases to amaze.
