If we accept the datum that over 42,000 people die needlessly from lack of health care each year, that is over 3.500 each month.

Why do you think it would be wrong, Clio?
This is what marketing people do everyday. The American people are bombarded every day with thousands of ads of lesser taste and greater meaninglessness and falsity.
I think Osama Bin Ladin wearing a tee shirt saying United Health Care, and perhaps Mahmoud Ahmadinejad wearing a tee shirt sporting Wellpoint, or some such images, would be expressive.
