1. Oh, did the lazy Republicans take the day off? |
|
It doesn't make any sense on virtually any level except for the teabagging crowd.

2. Yeah, REAL sneaky. It's only been discussed to DEATH for months. |
|
Wow, how sneaky of her to take action on this, finally. How dare she! We're supposed to discuss it for another three years first!

At midnight, he was still running with the headline: "Final vote could be delayed Sunday or beyond... " Tweeted about this last night - http://twitter.com/jeffersondewitt/status/5524121019

7. It really is frustrating.. |
|
..that Drudge is considered a legitimate site for news by so many people.
This website is Republican site designed to prop up the right. The links and choice of stories are always positioned in such a way to make Republicans look good and Democrats look awful.
We really do need to tell people, anytime they reference that site for news, anytime any fair minded person sees a coworker or friend reading it, that it is designed as GOP propaganda and not a serious place to get information.
Just like the White House has been calling out Fox news, it is really time for all of us to do the same for obviously biased sites like the Drudge Report. I am fine with the conservatives having their news blogs, but we really need to more vigilant in making sure people know what is a legitimate news site and what is just designed as propaganda.

11. RW wanted to be able to say it was done in the middle of the night to hide it from people which |
|
is why they tried to delay it as much as they could and may be why he took so long to post it. He wanted to make it look like it happened in the dead of night.
As if it wasn't posted everywhere already. Drudge is really losing his influence - thank goodness.
