events with the POTUS in attendence question |
|
I'm not talking about the big rallies, but the private, invitation-only events. I've been invited to a swearing-in ceremony (I won't say who, so don't ask) next week and am trying to figure out if Obama will actually be there. Don't they usually ask for SSN's if you're going to be with the POTUS? They didn't ask for mine, so I'm guessing it might be Biden that's there instead. Has anyone ever been to a non-rally event with the POTUS in attendence?

1. Yes, they always do, but if he's a surprise, drop-in guest at someone else's event, probably not. n |

3. No, he might be there. They take fewer precautions if he's not announced or |
|
expected.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that he'll be there for you!
What the hell, perhaps he sends MObama to these events. That would be cool.

4. I have never known him to attend anything less than cabinet level ceremonies.... |
|
.... if your guy/gal is going to be "under secretary to something or other" I'd say he prob. wont be there.
Now if it IS Biden ..... grab a lock of his few remaining hairs for me so I can bury it in the backyard and use my voodoo skills to steal him away from Jill! :)
