A question about Campaign Finance Reform and Talk Radio

With the exception of yesterday's off-year elections, RW talk show hosts have always straddled that very delicate line between vocal support of a particular candidate and an outright endorsement.

Sean Hannity basically demanded that his listeners in NJ, VA, and NY-23 vote for the Republican or Conservative candidate.

Isn't this an "in kind" campaign contribution?
