Eric Cantor thinks the Virginia race is a repudiation of Obama's Administration. |
|
Edited on Tue Nov-03-09 07:43 PM by Avalux
Chris Matthews telling him about the exit polls; that most people voted locally. He is now attacking Matthews and declares this race is a "warning shot" to moderate Democrats.
Matthews "If you're going to quote me Congressman, try to get it right".
At least Chris Matthews isn't going along with the sham.

1. Tweety's doing a great job |
|
"Was Warner being elected in 2001 a rejection of Bush, just two months after 9/11?"
Cantor avoided the question and went back to bashing Obama.

7. Yeah, what's up with him? |
|
Is he just pissed about healthcare reform or is he really a puke. Sometimes I wonder.

18. K, take peace in the fact that nobody but us and the same level of enthusiasts on the other side |
|
are even taking notice.
The holidays have arrived. It's not as if someone who didn't take the time to go out and vote is now sitting in front of the TV glued to what Tweety or anyone else has to say about this.
The numbers are way, way down as far as turnout goes. People are fatigued. This is a one day story at most.

|
That's what it boils down to. We need better candidates; not these lousy moderate Dems.

14. Veddy, veddy interesting thing about Cantor. Someone needs to ask him what he thinks about Hoffman |
|
running for (or maybe winning ) a seat in a district in which Hoffman doesn't actually reside.
Someone should've done it a week ago -- maybe too late now....
But Cantor's Democratic challenger doesn't live inside the district either. Just would've been nice to get this on tape so it could be used to challenge the smearfest that Weasel undoubtedly has planned.

15. I'm curious as to how ONE race in Virginia |
|
is a repudiation when there were 48 other states where nothing happened today. Are all rethugs on drugs?
