4. He might want the prize, but it's not the driving factor.

The fact that Russia is losing war makes Putin desperate to end it in his favor before he cannot hide the fact to the Russian public. The Black Sea was just shut down to the Russian shadow fleet with Ukraine blowing up two oil cargo ships and sinking them. Ukrainian sea drones are actively looking for more. Russia's oil revenue is down at least 35% from the norm and it's getting worse. Their economy is teetering and to slog forward, well over half of Russia's gold reserves have been taken out of reserve and sold, and it's getting worse. Hyper inflation is not far off, Russia is printing fiat currency like it's going out of style, and it likely will. We haven't heard about the Flamingo missile yet, but we will soon. Ukrainian production is growing every day and they likely have hundreds or thousands in storage and are almost ready to unleash fury on Russia. There's much more to point out, but I think you'll get the gist.

And then there's the possible hush hush closed door real estate deals. What has been promised to whom in regard to real estate deals? Don't forget, Trump, Witkoff and Kushner are all real estate people. Putin is growing more desperate by the hour. Did he promise something to someone?
