For Stroke:
• IV tPA (alteplase): A clot-busting drug given within 4.5 hours of symptom onset if eligible.
• Mechanical thrombectomy: A minimally invasive catheter procedure in which doctors use a stent retriever to physically remove the clot from a large brain artery (usually within 6–24 hours of onset).

Or Kidney Dialysis.
