Saturday

here in Portland. Started two nights ago and I am a good 5 miles north of ICE building. Started last couple nights, low and loud, a circle hitting my area every 30 to 40 minutes well into the night and not a single thing happening. Today they started early afternoon and has been all day, FOR NO REASON, low and loud. It is fuckin bullshit.
