In obvious retaliation against another federal judge, just days after Chief Judge Boesberg said that he would recommend DOJ to bar grievance committees for discipline which could include losing their bar licenses, the DOJ filed an ethics complaint against the Judge seeking his removal from their cases, citing to an event that allegedly happened 4 MONTHS AGO.
