.... Secretary and Noem Secretary Homeland Secretary both are using the same EXCUSE, that is because the systems need upgrading.

So they both toss out the existing safety nets with NO deadline for implementing the NEW UPGRADE SYSTEMS.

They are both lying they are following Trump's delusional directions without ANY CONCERN for the life's of the people relying on the government safety nets that have long been there when needed.

The Republican party in Congress are equally responsible for blindly following the delusional lunatic in the WH.
