I hope and pray that Smartmatics prevails and that FOX is hit for another billion dollar settlement. But everything that is wrong with the practice of law is present in the legal whores of Fox, including the ability to effectively pull the wool over judicial eyes.

But I wonder, if a settlement does come out of this, could the Court require a public confession, and apology, from the Murdochs and their Gollum like toadies? And a requirement to include, at least once every hour, a simple 30 second admission that Fox deliberately lied and distorted facts to confuse its viewers about elections? To me, that would be worth more than the money.
