As far as I know, Iran was under no obligation to let the IAEA inspectors inspect their enrichment sites after Orange Caligula unilaterally cancelled Obama's agreement with Iran, during his first term.

My guess is that he planned to do the same thing with the Iran nuclear treaty that he did with NAFTA. Cancel it, then 'negotiate' an almost identical treaty, and then put his name on it, and take credit for it. That's exactly what he did with NAFTA, and then USMCA. that was particularly ridiculous, because the SECOND time he was tearing up an agreement that HE negotiated.

I'm sure he planned to tear up the Obama era nuclear agreement, negotiate an identical agreement, put his 'brand' on it, and say "Where's my Nobel Peace Prize?"

What a bunch of assclowns.
