1. Xinis is great. What exactly could they really do by issuing sanctions? This is so unheard of, so... how to enforce?

Civilized rule of law is now harmed and/or knocked out by a dark & barbaric administration? I don't want to lose faith in how we'll get through the next three years, but it's getting hard to see a way out of this.

I wish Laurence Tribe spoke to this problem. Or that a consortium of legal scholars came up with structural changes for Congress to implement.
