Abrego Garcia's Lawyers Seek Sanctions for Trump's DOJ Violating Judge's Discovery Orders - Glenn Kirschner [View all]
It looks like Donald Trump's Department of Justice lawyers just can't stop violation court orders. The presiding Judge, Paula Xinis, just granted Abrego Garcia's legal team's request to pursue sanctions for DOJ's violation of court- ordered discovery. As the Fox network (of all places) wrote: " Federal judge delivers one-two punch to Trump in Abrego Garcia case."
