Apparently the Qatari government tried unsuccessfully to sell it, so decided to give it as a gift. And it's not the next Air Force One, apparently the felon-in-chief plans to keep it, as part of his Presidential Library Foundation, whatever that turns out to be. Talk about a violation of the foreign emoluments clause. Former presidents were not allowed to keep more modest foreign government gifts.
