Michael Popok reports on Congresswoman Joyce Beatty's new filing to Federal Judge Cooper decrying that Trump's captured "Trump Kennedy Center" Board of Trustees likely lied to the Court about the need for a semi-permanent tarp to cover up Trump's name off (and Kennedy's name on), about the delay in taking down the name in the first place, and by openly defying the court's order about the name change including holding the Center's needed fundraising hostage in continued violation of the Board's fiduciary duties to the public. - 06/22/2026.
