Michael Popok reports on a new federal court filing by Trump's lawyers, trying to prevent Trump from sitting for a sworn deposition under oath about the Jan6th Capitol attacks and his role in it, arguing that he has "immunity."
But Michael Popok explains that the other Trump entities in the suit (his 2 political action committees), don't have ANY immunity at all, and Judge Mehta should not further delay this 6 year old set of cases to bring justice to the police and others who were attacked on Jan6th as a result of Trump's actions. - 04/30/2026.
