At least that is what Ben actually SAYs in the video and transcript--the video title notwithstanding. Just saying. Good news for now. My read is that unless an appeals court overturns this injunction, he's definitely enjoined for now--unless he somehow gets Congress to approve the project which I don't see happening--supplicant R's or not.
