...... plastic surgeon. With enough changes that even his mother wouldn't recognize him. Bought a new island somewhere in one of the oceans to live as a millionaire/billionaire with private jets and leisurely activities, waiting for his favorite female companion to join him once Trump pardons her, or she simply slips away.

Tell me why that isn't possible if you were a millionaire/billionaire.
