U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams referred Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to the New York State Bar for potential disciplinary action. The Florida-based federal judge issued a scathing decision, heavily criticizing Blanche's conduct in a lawsuit regarding an IRS tax settlement and ordering her ruling forwarded to New York bar authorities.
