I'd sure as hell be dozing off in those meetings, too, so I think we need to be careful about focusing solely on THAT. His gait changes, loss of verbal articulation, and substituting similar sounds for words he can't grasp, confusion of time and place, incontinence, constant repetitive behaviors and phrases, impulsiveness, moodiness (worst than previous), intermittent episodes of "spacing out" mentally (also characteristic of TIAs--transient ischemic attacks)--all are both present and more definitive behaviors to point to.
