SCOTUS is interpreting on the level of Lewis Carroll, where there are no strict rules, guidelines, or even logic. It's unraveling legal precedents for decades, perhaps centuries. (I'm just waiting for them to invalidate themselves by overturning Marbury v. Madison and allow POTUS to be the sole interpreter of The Constitution.)
