I've done it a few times by posting something in the "Pennsylvania" forum and then again in "General Discussion."

It helps to notify that I'm cross-posting from another forum, but I don't think anyone really cares.

Long story short : I do like the Editorials forum and I think it has its own purpose. I'd prefer to keep "Editorials" open.
