"Saying she "played the race card" is reductive of Sen Harris' experience a black girl/woman at the time busing was an issue and is offensive. A black person talking about race and how it's impacted them isn't "playing the race card."

Imagine Kamala Harris, face-to-face, saying, "Mr Clyburn, I was that little girl."
I'll bet you $1,000 that criticizing Jim Clyburn for "coddling" or "praising" a segregationist never entered her mind, then or now. Doing that to Joe Biden was an opportunity which unfortunately for her, she decided to take with far less than successful results.

"In no way shape or form is that what I'm suggesting. I'm mixed race, one of which is AA. So again, completely offensive."

It was your own words that led me to that possible conclusion. Perhaps with a little more thought, you might have come up with a better excuse as to why Kamala Harris was barely able to garner 5% of the black vote during her entire campaign.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
