While he is in the race, he can legally pay his wife and children as advisers. He can funnel money to friends and family with business (such as communications) ties to the campaign.

While he is in the race, he sucks a lot of money out of contributions to campaign funds. When he suspends, so do those payments. Federal rules would prevent rapid disbursements.

Grifters gotta grift.

Besides, his goal isn't to win, it's to destroy the dem party so he can magically rise in control of the ashes.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
