The guy isn't even a dem.....the DNC should just say enough is enough and just throw him out of the Dem party, therefore he can't be a presidential Dem candidate.People, we are going to put up with 3? more MONTHS of his tearing down Biden before the convention.
I swear, I am begging to wonder if Sanders has sold out to Putin and is doing his dirty work, or at least continuing to be supported with "campaign" money, not from his supporters, but channeled from Russian Oligarchs to disrupt Democrats, but mostly to destroy democracy here in the U.S.
Problem is, the DNC knows just how nasty and vindictive his followers are, and know that Bernie would just flip to being an independent and run for president. Bernie and his followers would euphorically split the vote to show the world that he is the best and Biden is the worst because their vote splitting knocked Biden out,..... little care that their actions allowed Trump to win. We are talking dejavu here folks. ala....Ralph Nader? Comrade Jill Stein?
The same precise thing happened here in Colorado years ago. Dottie Lamm and Josie Heath vs Republican for Senate seat.
Dottie Lamm was by far and away the best person for the job, no question. Josie Heath, a lot like Bernie, with supporters a lot like Bernie's, mostly from Boulder Co.
Josie, full of herself", Heath lost the dem primary. And immediately declared she was a candidate on the Independent ticket. Her band of Boulder Yuppies voted for her, stealing more than enough votes to allow the Republican to win....Heath and her voters knew DAMN well that if Lamm had taken the vast majority of voters in the Primary, that Heath and her followers, knew full well they couldn't get anywhere near enough votes to win the Senate seat. They just torpedoed Lamm to act out and be vindictive that they didn't get their way......just like impudent children, but all grown up....
By the way, if any of you folks are thinking "good ol' Hippies in Boulder", knock that silliness out of your brains......
There are still a few scattered hippy types scattered around that city, But Boulder was long ago taken over by rich yuppies, using Boulder as their bedroom community. From my dealings with heir government officials and watching their actions, they are by far more right wing, or bizarre wing than Hippy Dem leaning. Many old timers refer to the City of Boulder, as the People's Republic of Boulder.
