(5,112 posts)12. The big questions
are:
What happens if a candidate or president elect dies
- Prior and up to election day (11/3/2020)?
- Post election day up to the day that the Electoral College meets (12/14/2020)?
- Post the day that the Electoral College meets and statutory deadline to receive Certificates (12/23/2020)?
- Post statutory certificate day and the actual counting of the vote day (1/6/2021)?
